Zoom Yoga 🧘‍♀️

  • If you are a new student, or do not attend classes on a regular basis, please send me an email stating your name, any physical challenges your body might have and any additional information you think I should know as your teacher. Also let me know which class you would like to attend and send  to yogawithmaryanne@gmail.com
  • You require a ZOOM account and you only need to signup for the free account.
  • Go to https://zoom.us
  • If you would like to know how to use Zoom they provide some beginner videos at the following link Zoom Support
  • Ensure I have your email address so that I can send you  the yoga class link.
  • Payment is $10.00/class and must be received before class and please reference your first name and the initial of your last name and the date of the class, day & month (methods of payment shown separately below)
  • If you have a yoga pass you can still use it and you get two classes per heart. You can monitor that yourself. Please hold your free class till we reach some normality, I will honour it at St Joseph’s.
  • You can be anywhere, however, times of classes will always run Sydney, Australian time.
  • Payment methods:- …. PayPal or direct debit ………. if you do not have electronic options regular yoga students only, have the option to pay cash when we return to St Joseph’s
  • You will be sent a link and password via email to join the class. Once you click the link it should direct you to zoom – then enter the password.
  • Once you are in the class I have set it so your audio and camera are off.
  • The first five minutes will be allocated to let everyone connect. If you are having difficulties please text me. 0402171938
  • Remember ‘patience’ this is the first time I’m doing this and I wouldn’t be able to do it if it wasn’t for my partner Gus, he is the CEO & IT master/guru leading this change.
