Here are a few suggestions that I’ve incorporated to my daily life to assist me to hold my light and stay strong πŸ’šπŸ™πŸŒˆ

πŸ•‰ have a vegetarian meal minimum once per week or more. (I have a complete vegetarian diet)

πŸ•‰ use cash minimum once per week- important to keep cash flowing

πŸ•‰ don’t believe in what main stream media is telling you it is filled with lies and fear…

πŸ•‰ become aware of the fear you hold, everyone holds fear, it’s time to release it and let trust and love into your heart.

πŸ•‰ Listen to inspirational music, sacred chants etc

πŸ•‰ stand barefoot on your lawn, grass or dirt or sand daily… grounding your energy is vital for health

πŸ•‰ stop and consciously breath several times throughout your day… listen to your thinking during those moments…..you have the power to create through your thoughts, so create what you want…create a new reality…

Incorporate a daily meditation practice to listen to the divine speak to you from within. πŸ™

Express gratitude for all that you have constantly πŸ™

Generate lots of unconditional love and vibrate this energy everywhere around your home, when going for your walk, while shopping for your essentials… ripple conscious unconditional love everywhere πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’šπŸ’š
