2022 Yoga with Mary-Anne update 🙏🕉💕

I love all the two’s that this year blesses us with…. the number two represents duality and deepens our connections to the relationships we have with one and other and to ourself …

Just a little insight into the number two….energetically speaking it’s the 2nd chakra, svadhisthana chakra… colour is orange…also known as the Sacral Chakra… it is located just above the pubic bone toward the spine and is responsible for passion, sexuality, intimacy, money, creativity, and joy. The balance of the Sacral Chakra allows us to improve our relationship with ourselves and others.

In yoga it is NOT about increasing one chakra and forgetting about the others, it’s about balancing all of our centres so that we create a balance in our life, but it’s great to have some knowledge about the qualities of our energy chakra’s to know if one dominates and needs to be balanced….This is yoga at its best, bringing balance to our energy centres .

Yep! I deviate….. this post is meant to be an update… 🤣🤣🤣😉

Start up date is Monday January 24 with Hatha yoga.. 11am class

followed by Wednesday 26th Hatha yoga @ 7pm

then Thursday 27th @ 6:30pm with Kundalini yoga

There will be NO weekly classes at St Joseph’s… I have chosen to stay online for reasons that really do not need to be listed… we are in times of uncertainty and I honour these times with flow..

Along the track of our year I will hopefully offer free yoga in the park…..this will be open to family, friends, pets etc … this will give us the opportunity to connect and unite and have fun out of the yoga room…after the yoga session guests are invited to have a picnic and unite by sharing our lives with one and other, becoming a true community and practicing the true meaning of yoga…. Joining body, mind & spirit… we are all spirit and we can come together as ONE… I will advertise these events in class and I’m sure the word will get around..

Workshops 💕🙏🕉 ….. YES! hopefully we can run some of those too.

So stay in touch…!!!!

I honour your support and am grateful to have such beautiful souls within this yoga community..

Here is an astrological link from Molly McCord regarding 2022.. enjoy🙏
