Mantra lyrics:

„Pavan Pavan Pavan Pavan

Par Para Pavan Guru

Pavan Guru Wahe Guru

Wahe Guru Pavan Guru.”

Mantra translation in English:

”The air, the air, the air, the air. The Infinity and beyond the Infinity. The air is the Guru. The air is the Guru. Wha! The Guru is beyond description. Wha! The Guru is wonderful. The air is the Guru.”

Pavan Guru mantra description

This Kundalini mantra forges a powerful connection between you as a finite unit magnetic field and the universal, creative magnetic field of energy that we call Supreme Consciousness.

The mantra is the pure pranic energy. There is no better healing method then this mantra. Pavan represents the energy or the prana (which is the life force).

In yoga, the concept of prana is very precise. When we speak of energy (prana), we do not mean the breath, air or oxygen. Scientifically and precisely speaking, prana represents the original life force.

There are three main energetical channels through which this life-energy flows. These channels (also known as nadis in Sanskrit) are ida, pingala and sushumna. Ida, pingala and sushumna meet together at 7 different places. Each meeting place forms an energetic vortex, called chakra.

Reciting Pran Bandha mantra benefits:

The modern mind is distracted, pulled in numerous different directions, and needs a simple method to focus. Thus, ancient mantras serve this purpose most effectively and quietly.

Mantras are also sacred vibrations, and as we know, we are made of pure energy, each vibrating at a different frequency. Kundalini mantras have the power to change that frequency.

Moreover, practicing mantra meditation helps distract the “monkey mind,” making a meditative state easier to attain. When we meditate early in the morning, before sunrise, we gain the additional benefit of the pineal gland’s secretion (third eye), which regulates our metabolism with melatonin (hormone) and gives us a deeper meditative experience

Pran Bandha Mantra Meditation

Sit in an Easy Pose, with a light jalandhar bandh.
Eyes: Focus at the Brow Point, at the screen of the forehead. Roll the eyes up slightly.
Mudra: Let the hands rest in the lap, right hand into the left palm. Or just sit with both hands in Gyan Mudra. Become completely still, physically and mentally, like a calm ocean. Listen to the chant for a minute. Feel its rhythm in every cell. Then join in the mantra.
Time: Continue for 11-31 minutes.
Comments: Pran Bandha Mantra means that mantra, or sound combination, that collects, binds, and commands the life force or prana. In our usual non-liberated state, we are controlled by our attachments. We become attached to our finite identity, or to time, space, and intensity of emotion or experience. This mantra takes you beyond those finite attachments. It opens the door to another dimension of the Self. It merges you into the unlimited sea of prana and life. Mantras are revealed or discovered in higher states of consciousness. The seer is aware of both the subtle and gross aspects of the sound. In the subtle realms of consciousness it is the particular blend of qualities that creates the manifestation of things, thoughts, and feelings into our normal life. This mantra forges a link between you as a finite unit magnetic field and the universal, creative magnetic field of energy that we call consciousness. The mantra is from Guru Nanak’s Jap-ji. One who practices this to perfection experiences deathlessness. You can merge into the greater pranic body that does not die with the physical body. Prayers and mental desires become much more effective. This meditation can give you the capacity to embody a divine personality, and to become creative and fearless.

9/9 portal 2021

No doubt anyone reading this post knows something about ‘portals’ so not to talk about the auspicious spiritual meaning behind this special day I just feel drawn to write this post…as the number nine is about things coming to completion and or endings I’m noticing that I am personally ending ‘online’ relationships …I’m no longer listening to the people I used to listen to or reading other peoples newsletters or blogs of theirs that once I aspired to..

What compelled me to write this blog was a particular person who I used to admire so much, but in reading her blog she showed me that she needed to defend a section of her blog that she posted because one of her readers got upset about a particular part of the content or a quote from someone who had fallen from Grace.

Wherever I read or listen to anyone that is trying to please, or divide people through their readers judgments or their own I now know I no longer vibrate at their frequency… they are not wrong or right, I’m realising that I’m stepping up.. and for this I’m so grateful to discover..

Our path is unique and people with the title (it’s just a label) of guru, if they have fallen from Grace in their human experience, who am I or anyone else for that matter, in the position to judge their experience… 🤷‍♀️ it doesn’t mean I condone their ‘fall from Grace’ it simply means I’m here not to judge but to forgive.

So where are you on your spiritual path… where do you need to shift from people in your life. Remember always… you are your own GURU…. all other amazing high beings, light beings, angels and saints and seers are our guides..they will never do the work for you they guide you… it’s all you 💚💚💚

I hope that you have found the information here helpful in some way

💚💚💚💚 I love life and life loves me💚💚💚💚💚

When you chant mantras your mind releases the positive energy that decreases the negative thoughts or stress. Chanting mantras is an ancient practice that calms your mind and soul. Scientific studies have found that chanting mantras like om for 10 minutes can decrease anxiety and depressive symptoms in the human body.

I’m loving this chant at the moment … puts me in a state of bliss 🙏💚

The Triple Mantra – I love this mantra and in fact the Khara (braclet) I wear has it inscribed in the language of Gurmukhi 💗💚💕

I have been wearing this Khara since becoming a kundalini yoga teacher in 2008..

The Triple Mantra

The Triple Mantra clears all types of psychic and physical obstacles in one’s daily life. It is a sure protector against car, plane and other accidents. It cuts through all opposing vibrations, thoughts, words and actions.

Listening to or chanting the Triple Mantra will strengthen your magnetic field and keep negativity away.

There are three parts to this mantra. The first part will surround you with a powerful light of protection; the second part will remove obstacles from your spiritual path; and the third part will remove all types of obstacles from your daily life.

Part 1:

Aad Guray Nameh, Jugaad Guray Nameh, Sat Guray Nameh, Siri Guroo Dayv-ay Nameh

Part 2:

Aad Such Jugaad Such Hai Bhee Such
Nanak Hosee Bhee Such

Part 3:

Aad Such Jugaad Such Hai Bhai Such Nanak Hosee Bhai Such

I bow to the primal Guru, I bow to the thruth that has existed throughout the ages, I bow to True Wisdom, I bow to the Great Divine Wisdom.
True in the beginning, true throughout the ages, true even now, Nanak, truth shall ever be.
True in the beginning, true throughout the ages, true even now, Nanak, truth shall ever be.

The Triple mantra reprograms our mind so that we can operate from the Neutral Mind so that we can move out of duality into the dance of universal polarities. The Triple Mantra clears all types of mental, psychic, and physical obstacles in one’s daily life. It protects against accidents. It cuts through opposing vibrations, thoughts, words and actions. It strengthens your mind and magnetic field and keeps negativity away. This mantra opens us up to be guided by faith instead of fear. If we are guided by fear, we block ourselves. If we are guided by faith, we open ourselves up to expansion and creation.

The mantra used in Part 1 puts you into the mode of acceptance and surrender to Universal Truth and wisdom. It surrounds you with a powerful light of protection. Your aura protects you by becoming light and clear.

Parts 2 and 3 are forms of the same mantra. They align our energy with the truth. Together they achieve a balance between passive and active. In the form used in Part 2, the Bhee puts us into an accepting, allowing and surrender mode. It is the last four fines of the Mul Mantra.

The complete mantra solidifies the cosmic dance within us. This mantra embodies the vibration of stability and eternal truth, that which never changes.
