Thank you to all the yogis that responded to the short survey regarding return to the yoga space at St Joseph’s or stay on Zoom..

The majority of students wish for the classes to stay on Zoom, particularly as we are entering winter…………so Zoom it is! 🧘🏻‍♂️🧘🏼🧘‍♀️

I wish to remain as present as I can so I will re assess at the end of each month.

Forward or Backward in our personal journey

How blessed have we been in Australia over the past months with the global pandemic challenges….

I’d like to start this blog by thanking  all who have contributed in anyway whatsoever in keeping our community and county safe, to all who have unconditionally performed acts of kindness and to the medical teams who have held humanity with compassion, grace and sensitivity seeing thousands back to recovery..

Compassion to the thousands of people that have lost their jobs and to many day to day business owners who have to close their doors, the list could go on and on, however lastly my deep love extends to all those who have had to experience grief because of the death of a loved one during these recent times…

So now that the global tumultuous storm is beginning to lose some of its fury, a common question is arising.  Will individual’s simply return to their old habits or will people genuinely make an effort towards the positive change that have begun…? 

Understanding the Universal Truth that whether you are contributing consciously or unconsciously in a positive way to the ascension of Humanity and to the Planet  the outcome is progressive positive manifestation to the individual, to the collective and to Earth.. this positive manifestation affects all of humanity and our planet for our higher good.

I am not going to discuss returning to old habits as the outcome is obvious.  I’m going to leave it to the individual to decide how they express their journey forward.

How to progress in life in a positive way, to contribute positively to our selves..here are a few pointers to reflect on…

we start by just working on the Self..

not trying to change anyone else…

it all begins with working on the Self..

this means no blame for what appears to be going wrong in our lives… our external experiences are a reflection of what we hold in our internal universe..

All the stuff we see that we don’t like is within us..

All the stuff we see that we love is within us..

Learn to see everything externally as a mirror of what is happening internally that’s needing attention..

it’s arises externally first so we can see it. when we see it externally it is giving us the opportunity to see it within us. it’s arises for us to heal..

Become aware of thoughts…

When we become aware of how we think we can begin to change our thought patterns.

Negative thoughts and emotions must be experienced to be released. Build on your positive thoughts

We can create new habits by not criticising or judging ourselves. Through loving acceptance we can become the change we want to be…. Be in love with who you are, as you are, the person that’s willing to change…

I will leave you with this thought and Truth…Practicing anything for at least 40 days allows you the opportunity to incorporate it into your being, turn on, wake up, and transform! 🧘‍♀️

Online Yoga Classes

Wow! what a success….. thank you to all the students that have continued doing their yoga practice with me online.. The feeling of connection with other students and being with like minded people remains strong…….. how great is that 🙏

The classes are running very smoothly and I thank you all for your support🙏💕

Now is the time for us to infuse the elixir of love, peace and light into all channels of the world….Great power resides in prayer: every physical action has its everlasting moral effect, as it is transmitted upward through the intermediary layers of existence to the Soul itself. when we recite the Prayer of Love, Peace and Light, we are transformed into earthly angels who can heal the world. The earth needs to feel life circulating subtly and secretly in her veins. She is ever ready to hear the Prayer of Love, Peace and Light from humankind, which supports her and sustains her…..JML….

New Class Booking System

Welcome to the new booking system to join any one of my yoga classes.

How to navigate this new system.. take a deep breath in and say…. I can do this 🤗 then chant Aum 🕉

Now go to MENU and click the tab BOOK A CLASS from there follow the prompts..for those of you using a pass, you will be given a coupon number to enter.

If you encounter challenges just send me a text message and we can sort it out together.. learning to be patient with oneself is paramount … give yourself a 🧸 hug as you navigate this new system…Not everyone will find this a challenge, for some .. this is just a walk in the park… but give yourself a 🧸 hug anyway and be patient with the ones you help out.

Zoom Yoga 🧘‍♀️

  • If you are a new student, or do not attend classes on a regular basis, please send me an email stating your name, any physical challenges your body might have and any additional information you think I should know as your teacher. Also let me know which class you would like to attend and send  to yogawithmaryanne@gmail.com
  • You require a ZOOM account and you only need to signup for the free account.
  • Go to https://zoom.us
  • If you would like to know how to use Zoom they provide some beginner videos at the following link Zoom Support
  • Ensure I have your email address so that I can send you  the yoga class link.
  • Payment is $10.00/class and must be received before class and please reference your first name and the initial of your last name and the date of the class, day & month (methods of payment shown separately below)
  • If you have a yoga pass you can still use it and you get two classes per heart. You can monitor that yourself. Please hold your free class till we reach some normality, I will honour it at St Joseph’s.
  • You can be anywhere, however, times of classes will always run Sydney, Australian time.
  • Payment methods:- …. PayPal or direct debit ………. if you do not have electronic options regular yoga students only, have the option to pay cash when we return to St Joseph’s
  • You will be sent a link and password via email to join the class. Once you click the link it should direct you to zoom – then enter the password.
  • Once you are in the class I have set it so your audio and camera are off.
  • The first five minutes will be allocated to let everyone connect. If you are having difficulties please text me. 0402171938
  • Remember ‘patience’ this is the first time I’m doing this and I wouldn’t be able to do it if it wasn’t for my partner Gus, he is the CEO & IT master/guru leading this change.
