December 20 session focuses on “House Cleaning – Re-Birthing “

This is a two hour healing session that will take us through a rebirthing process through the specifics of Kundalini yoga, vibrational sound healing and a healing circle to seal the nights session.

For Summer solstice we will be doing part 2 of a 5 part series for rebirthing… (these sessions are done independently of each other..) the Kriya is designed to deactivate past negative memories and gain a deeper sense of clarity & integrity to oneself.

Relaxation 

by Immersing in the sound vibrations of a gong can create opportunities to repair, rebuild, unlock and unblock. It helps to release mental, emotional and physical issues. 

Healing Circle

This meditation taps into the energies of the sun, moon, earth, and the Infinite Spirit to bring deep healing. 

The mantra Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung,  is chanted to heal the self or to hold healing energy to anyone you wish. It holds within it eight sounds that stimulate the Kundalini flow within the central channel of the spine for healing, bringing balance into the core of our energetic body and flooding it with a new revitalised energy.

HOW DO REBIRTHING MEDITATIONS WORK?

Memories occur when the senses send signals through the nervous system that are etched in the grey matter of the brain. When consciousness searches for analysis across brain patterns it encounters these etched magnetic, memory images. Depending on the electricity generated by the nervous system it either has the power to bypass the memory and create a new experience or the past imprinted memory dominates awareness and consciousness.
