โœจBliss n Grace to 2025 โœจ

May ALL Sentient Beings upon our planet be Healthy, Holy & Happyโœจ

we are ALL related in LOVE ๐Ÿ’š

Lots of planetary alignments and unusual placements in our cosmic skies throughout our year of 2025.

2025 adds to 9, in numerology 9 equates to completion and endings. Endings open doors to new beginnings in all direction of Life.

The planetary alignments are forcing us to look deeply within rather than looking externally to see what needs to complete and or end in our lives to give room to create new beginningsโ€ฆ.

The practice of Kundalini yoga opens us up. The practice gives us opportunities to transform and alchemise what needs to be changed so that we can have doors open for us so that we live life in Love and really know that we are ALL connected through love. Itโ€™s a conscious journey.

Iโ€™d like to encourage individuals to continue and or start up a practice (if you feel called) of kundalini yoga to open yourself up to become the agent of change and become a Being of true Love ๐Ÿ’š

Celestial Communication for Deep Relaxation!

Article taken from :- https://www.3ho.org/

โ€œOne of the most powerful things we can do to reclaim our body, reintegrate our brain, and relax inner stress is Celestial Communicationโ€”a type of moving meditation set to music, which is designed to activate the pranic energy in the Heart Center.

When you practice Celestial Communication, feelings of stress and trauma are filtered through a somatic experience, allowing them to transform into new and meaningful insights and understanding. It taps into movement traditions that we have been practicing as a species for thousands of years, and which are common to all our ancestry.

Celestial Communication is said to relax tension in the brain using the nerves in the fingers and hands. It also tunes the activity of the brain with the activity of the body, and helps to wake up natural intuition.

Through the combination of movement, music, and mudra, the brain is encouraged to reach its highest level of functioning, where the physical sense of movement, the connection to intention and action, the flow of thoughts, and the mindโ€™s meditative attention all join as one.โ€

2024 Panchakarma Experience

In 2024 I was a whole new person.

A yoga student, purely on blind faith, was keen to undertake a Panchakarma experience, so we travelled together to Kerala. We had our own rooms which is essential, as you need your privacy.
Everything is done for you at Poolmully. You are fed and bathed after your daily oil treatments.

One has a lot of free time that gives you the amazing opportunity to be introspective. I love being on my own, so I love all the free time.
Poolmully has its own โ€˜old worldโ€™ Krishna temple. It made my day, each morning I would begin my ritual of Circumambulation around the exterior and then the interior of the temple, chanting Hari Krishna and spending this precious time connecting to my Divine Self.
Then at the end of the day, before dinner, I would do the same chanting and giving thanks for my day and healing.

I made myself available for my yoga student when she needed emotional support throughout the 11-day journey. This took the focus off me at times which created a whole different experience for me. ALL was as intended to be by the Divine.
My physical body experienced 80% less pain.
Emotionally, however, I released so much on a deeper level than ever before. So overall, I feel very blessed.

Each visit at Poolmully was a different and unique experience.. the non residential cannot be compared to the residential.

The treatments Iโ€™ve had never involved vomiting as my body does not require that, however, trusting the doctors and the treatments that they recommend is key.

After the treatment, the body/ mind needs time to renew and recalibrate. So one needs to stay mindful of the environment, food, the company one keeps and thoughts and feelings.

The body/mind resets itself moment by moment. I feel this.
It has created within me a feeling of being as light as a peacock โ€ฆ

As my French friend stated after her Panchakarma .. โ€œI have clear mind, happy heart and body like a butterflyโ€

Itโ€™s a wonderful healthy experience that I highly recommend โ€ฆ. ๐Ÿ™

My Panchakarma Experience

Now for a brief commentary on my experiences.

My residential experience in 2019 was an 11-day treatment plan and I travelled alone. I generally travel alone when going to India.
These eleven days were very intense. I suffered daily and wanted to leave. I stayed to the end, and I experienced a lot of pain throughout my body and lots and lots of tears.

My residential experience in 2020 was also an 11-day treatment plan. I was alone for these eleven days, and I was meeting up with a French friend after the Panchakarma so I had someone to look forward to spending time with after the treatment.
These eleven days were a little lighter, but still intense and I couldnโ€™t wait for it to finish. I still experienced a lot of physical pain, but a little fewer tears. I loved being with my friend afterwards.

My non-residential in 2023 was completely different. This took place over 20 days, very different to the residential.
Firstly, I met up with an Australian friend in Delhi and we started our journey together to Tiruvannamalai.
This felt like a fun adventure, and it was.
My friend had leased a flat for one month that we stayed at for the month. After lots of cleaning, getting mattresses for our beds, and buying some furniture, we settled in quite well.

Our treatments were separateโ€ฆ we were able to have lunch together and we were able to talk about how we felt and what was coming up for us. Although we had our own unique experiences it was lovely to simply chat.
Most afternoons we had the freedom to do local shopping and visit Sri Ramanasramam Ashram.

We both loved the energy of the ashram.
