Celestial Communication for Deep Relaxation!

Article taken from :- https://www.3ho.org/

“One of the most powerful things we can do to reclaim our body, reintegrate our brain, and relax inner stress is Celestial Communication—a type of moving meditation set to music, which is designed to activate the pranic energy in the Heart Center.

When you practice Celestial Communication, feelings of stress and trauma are filtered through a somatic experience, allowing them to transform into new and meaningful insights and understanding. It taps into movement traditions that we have been practicing as a species for thousands of years, and which are common to all our ancestry.

Celestial Communication is said to relax tension in the brain using the nerves in the fingers and hands. It also tunes the activity of the brain with the activity of the body, and helps to wake up natural intuition.

Through the combination of movement, music, and mudra, the brain is encouraged to reach its highest level of functioning, where the physical sense of movement, the connection to intention and action, the flow of thoughts, and the mind’s meditative attention all join as one.”

As of October 25,2024 – This celestial communication meditation is currently being done by a group of beautiful beings as a 40 or 90 day sadhana..day one started October 18.

40/90 day Sadhana

If you feel called- start anytime and have the intention that you will do the meditation daily for as long as you like and feel the ‘inner’ strength you develop within yourself while receiving all the gifts/benefits as mentioned above🙏

Welcome to my blog, Sat Nam Wahe Guru. I will be adding posts talking about Kundalini and Hatha Yoga. My website has been updated and I will add this blog to the site.  Please fell free to leave any comments.

I would like to start with a brief explanation of the words “Sat Nam”:

Satnam (Gurmukhī script: ਸਤਿਨਾਮੁ) is a title given to God Almighty. It was first used in Vaishnava context. Kabir composed the word Satnam from “Satya” (True) and “Naam” (Name).Tulsidas (writer of the Ghata Ramayana) writes, “Saint Tulsidas states that the Satnam is superior both to Brahm and Ram.”

It is the first word that appears in the Sikh sacred scripture called the Guru Granth Sahib. It is part of the Gurbani shabad called Mool Mantra which is repeated daily by all Sikhs. This word succeeds the word “Ek-onkar” which means “There is only One God”. The word “Satnam” means that “God’s Name is Truth”.

A Gursikh (or Guru’s Sikh) is one who follows the Sikh Guru’s teachings only. The Word Satnam has profound and blissful understanding for a Gursikh. A Gursikh would research and find the truth about Satnam by praying to the Guru for guidance as enshrines and illuminates the Guru Granth Sahib.

This brief explanation was from a wiki at the following address http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Satnam

Hope everyone has a Peaceful Easter and I will see you next week.
