This is my update regarding online yoga and face to face sessions….
I shall start with online 🧘♀️classes
I currently am running a Hatha class on Monday mornings 11am and a 7pm class on Wednesday nights however, there will be a little break during the entire month of February…. No yoga throughout the month of February.
Regular timetable resumes March 4…
Monday’s … 11am Hatha yoga
Wednesday … 7pm Hatha yoga
Thursday … 6:30pm Kundalini yoga
ALL classes and events must be booked via this website 🙏
🧘♀️Expansion Sessions ( are listed under Cosmic Events from main menu)
This year these sessions will be held to compliment the full moon or winter & summer Solstice
These are the dates for the year 🙏 (all dates are Friday nights)

Emails are sent out to existing email address that I currently have notifying yoga aspirants of the theme of the particular month with all the details.. (if you haven’t received an email from me in the past and you want to, please let me know)… these events are held at St Joseph’s Spiritual center, Baulkham Hills…
