This is my update regarding online yoga and face to face sessionsโ€ฆ.

I shall start with online ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธclasses

I currently am running a Hatha class on Monday mornings 11am and a 7pm class on Wednesday nights however, there will be a little break during the entire month of Februaryโ€ฆ. No yoga throughout the month of February.

Regular timetable resumes March 4โ€ฆ

Mondayโ€™s โ€ฆ 11am Hatha yoga

Wednesday โ€ฆ 7pm Hatha yoga

Thursday โ€ฆ 6:30pm Kundalini yoga
