2023 … infinite love & gratitude 🙏

So much love and gratitude to all the yoga students that continue to support me through the platform of Zoom… face to face is always preferred and I can accept that some students have moved on and it’s all good… we are all shining our light where it needs to glow in its fullest capacity.. the face to face I now offer is via a 2 hour expansion session at St Joseph’s, Baulkham Hills.. so keep your finger tips close to my website, listed under ‘cosmic events’, you will find information on forthcoming expansions sessions. . . . Opening up!

The more I allow the “I don’t Know” to enter my being seems to release more of my old beliefs, my ego and a HUGE amount of wisdom comes flooding in 🙏💜.. Listening to Michael Mirdad opens me up to my soul .. we are constantly evolving to become our true being.. I love this 💜 and I’m forever grateful (An’anasha 🙏)
