We have launched for the festive season, and then we will have as of Jan 2010 weekly newsletters with recipes and green initiatives.

 We need you!!! 🙂

So does Mother Earth – Please Uncle and Aunty do officially Make The Pledge and I would deeply appreciate if you could spread the word via email contact you have and get others to Make The Pledge. The more people who join, the more we can make a difference.

Thank you deeply in anticipation for making the pledge and for spreading the word.

For the people, for the planet

With love and best wishes to all the family,

Namaste 2010 to all Yogis and Yoginis.

May you all be happy, may you all be well.

We have now entered the new decade, and I hope for all and myself, that it will be the best decade yet.

December 12 (last year), we chanted the 4 hour Miracle Mantra meditation.  It was great and enjoyed by all.

December 21 was celebrated with a Kundalini yoga set and meditation recommended by 3HO for Solstice, balancing pelvic area (2nd chakra) and a beautiful chant for prosperity and emotional balance.  All who participated loved the night

So we farwelled 2009 beautifully through our yoga practice.  I chanted my way into 2010 with the Healing Mantra of Ra Maa Daa Saa Saa Say So Hung, and I loved it.  So how did you enter 2010?  Hopefully with awareness and joy.

For those of you who don’t know, I’m now a grand mother, wow! such a blessing.  My beautiful grand daughter, Tehya Star (means precious star) was born December 2.  Words cannot express the love she has brought into my life.  She is a true blessing. No doubt, she will be doing ‘down dog’ very soon, and chanting all sorts of mantras in no time at all 🙂

Start up is February 1 at St Josephs.  Check the web page for details.

Wilton Kundalini Retreat and Classes Update

Namaste,

The  kundalini yoga retreat was just great.  The vibration held over the weekend was in alignment with the teachings.  Every one had a radiant time and already looking forward to the next retreat.

Check out the web page under Gallery for all the photos.

Yoga with Mary-Anne

The transition to the new venues for all the classes is going well, although having one venue to teach from is in my asking.

I would like to share the challenge I experience and ask that all students be mindful of this as it affects us both.

Currently  I have fifteen minutes to set up the yoga room, and a couple of the venues require sweeping.  After class I have fifteen minutes to repack and vacate the room and that timing is somewhat short so I need to move promptly to be ready .  At Prema Yoga Studio I was always available before and after class for chats with one or many students. This freedom is no longer as available and I do want to  honour your questions so I can give  you my total awareness.  Once I have packed up after class I’m available to anyone that wants to talk .  The other option is arranging a time to talk, either by SMS or phone call.  Please note I don’t check my e-mails daily.

Farewell to Studio

Studio 7

Namaste/Sat Nam

Friday October 9 was the official last night at the studio and was celebrated with the Kundalini Yoga Kriya of  Wahe Guru.  Healing to the vibration of the Gong and the beautiful Healing Circle with Ra Ma Da Sa, Sa Say So Hung. The closure to the space was very sacred and filled with gratitude.

The evening was completed with a divine supper.  Students brought in  delicious food which accompanied lots of chatter and good fun.

Students took home butterflies,  lanterns  or  verses of wisdom from the studio as a treasure holding the beautiful energy of all the yoga, chanting and meditations held over the past seven years. Oh what a blessing to have farewelled the studio with such beautiful people.  Thankyou.

The evening cost was by donation.  Please read below to view the response to the donation.

Thank you for your generous donation of $266.00 on behalf of Yoga with Mary-Anne.  Your generosity will enable us to remain committed to our vision and mission. It would not be possible for Barnardos to address the issues of childhood neglect and abuse without your loyalty. For this we send you our heartfelt thanks.

Together as a community we can contribute to providing answers that solve problems, not just for each individual child, but for all Australian children.

At Barnardos we believe all children deserve a safe and caring family where their voices are not ignored. Your support will help children just like Molly believe it too.

Sincerely,
Barnardos Australia

The new adventures now begin.  Thank you all for your support.  Blessings to you all. Love and Light xxxxx

The Times they are a Changin’

The Universe has created a huge change into my daily routine.  The space that I have had for the past seven years can no longer be used as Prema Yoga Studio.  The space will shift from Sue’s business and serve in a different way.

I will be a bit of a gypsy for the next twelve months and be teaching from different venues.

Please check my web page www.yogawithmaryanne.com  for temporary updates with new locations and times.

I know and trust that the Universe has a grand plan for me  and I simply ask “HOW MAY I SERVE?” .  Opportunities will arise and choices will be made so that I can create a new ‘yoga space’ at one location and a new ‘Prema Yoga Studio’ will emerge.

Impermanence is the way of the Universe.   To flow with change easily and effortlessly allows me to feel at peace and have clarity through this time.  I feel very liberated and free with this change.

Please check my webpage and blog over the next couple of weeks for regular updates.
