Wilton Kundalini Retreat and Classes Update

Sadhu performing Yoga
Sadhu performing Yoga

Namaste,

The  kundalini yoga retreat was just great.  The vibration held over the weekend was in alignment with the teachings.  Every one had a radiant time and already looking forward to the next retreat.

Check out the web page under Gallery for all the photos.

Yoga with Mary-Anne

The transition to the new venues for all the classes is going well, although having one venue to teach from is in my asking.

I would like to share the challenge I experience and ask that all students be mindful of this as it affects us both.

Currently  I have fifteen minutes to set up the yoga room, and a couple of the venues require sweeping.  After class I have fifteen minutes to repack and vacate the room and that timing is somewhat short so I need to move promptly to be ready .  At Prema Yoga Studio I was always available before and after class for chats with one or many students. This freedom is no longer as available and I do want to  honour your questions so I can give  you my total awareness.  Once I have packed up after class I’m available to anyone that wants to talk .  The other option is arranging a time to talk, either by SMS or phone call.  Please note I don’t check my e-mails daily.

Love
