Monday morning Hatha Yoga Class back ‘online’ via Zoom

As of August 17, 2020 the 11am Hatha Yoga class returns online…

The class started back on July 20 with a majority vote to return to St Josephs (ah! face to face 🧘🏻‍♂️.. it was lovely) with a full class which was very enthusiastic.. however as each new Monday rolled forward there were less students in class with last Monday helping me decide that the class would resume online till further notice..🙏

It’s all good, flowing with our ever changing moments is what we have been practicing on the mat, now is the time to incorporate our our yoga practice off the mat 🙏💕

Wednesday & Thursday evening classes remain at St Josephs 👌🕉
